The Freak is a recurring character in Destroy All Humans! 2' and Destroy All Humans! 2: Reprobed. Crypto comes back to him on a regular basis to get news around Bay City during his time there
Overview[]
The Freak is a drug dealer and hippie in Bay City, as well as a police informant.
Appearance[]
The Freak's appearance is nearly identical to one of the Bay City Hippies, that being one seen in an orange shirt over a striped purple and orange t-shirt, bell-bottom jeans, and sandals. The only thing differentiating them is that The Freak wears a multi-colored rastacap and star-shaped sunglasses.
In Reprobed, The Freak's appearance is significantly different. He wears a purple rastacap with a marijuana leaf sticking from the right side, and he now has long ginger dreadlocks. He wears a tasseled purple robe with green and orange hues without a shirt underneath, dog tags surrounded by a necklace with a dreamcatcher pendant and tusks, and ripped jeans with a purple patch above the left kneecap and swirl patterns on the cuffs.
Personality[]
Because of continuously taking drugs, the Freak gets very delusional and is seen strangely dancing all the time. Also, the Freak can't seem to remember facts he has given to Crypto even claiming once that he can read minds. Despite this, he acts as a valuable source of intel as he always happens to know about any ongoing events in Bay City.
History[]
After being attacked by the KGB agents at a party and the mothership being destroyed, Crypto goes to The Freak for information on how the KGB found him and why they decided to crash his party. The Freak tells Crypto that the KGB didn't crash the party, they had been invited by Coyote Bongwater; the leader of the Bay City hippies and the main supplier of Revelade.
Later after doing a number of cult missions, Shama Llama asks Crypto to get The Freak to make posters for their cult. He agrees to this after being convinced that people like his art around Hashbury.

- The Freak claims, he picks up radio messages with his teeth.
- In a conversation, Crypto ask the Freak if he's ever been to Capitol City, in which the Freak initially says yes, but then immediately denies it saying he wouldn't want be in a place filled with squares or politics. This might imply that he might had a bad experience at Capitol City.
