Description[]
Oliver is a man living in Bay City. At one point before the game's event, he was conscripted into the Vietnam War, although he later returned to Bay City soon after.
He can be found talking to his friend in an empty garden lot in Ginsberg Heights. He briefly discusses the Warren Commission Report, which he describes as "utter crap" as he believed there "had to be some kind of conspiracy". His friend, annoyed, suggests that he would find an outlet for his obsessions. Oliver then tells him that he wants to film school, but is embarrassed to do so. As he thinks about what university to go to, his friend starts joking about film school, which causes Oliver to insult him.
