Overview
Datacores were used to store anything ranging from weapons to Furon technology to music. Datacores are noted for being sturdy enough to survive atmospheric entry. Seventeen of these were scattered over the Invasion Sites, and were recovered by Cryptosporidium due to the fact that almost all of them contained weapons. Gastroenteritis even used one to shelter his record collection.
