Blind Willie Syphilis is mentioned in Destroy All Humans! 2. He is a well known blues singer who according to Crypto, had a really deep, throbbin' voice. Gastro had a collection of his music.
In a Cult of Arkvoodle in Albion, Crypto brings him up with Canal Side Mob and says they're not cool enough if they hadn't heard of him. The Canal Side Mob leader then lies and says that he "has" heard of him. Crypto later gets a collection of his music on Gastro's music datacore when he has to go retrieve it and kill the Pirate DJ.

- His name is an obvious reference to "Blind Willie Johnson", a real-life gospel blues singer and guitarist.
- Despite the music datacore being apparently a collection of his songs, the two songs that are earned after getting the datacore are nothing at all like what Blind Willie Syphillis is described as being like. Of course, this could simply only mean that the music in-universe is still what the characters are describing as Blind Willie Syphilis and the two songs the player earns is simply just songs rewarded to the player.
