Billy is a minor character who appears in Destroy All Humans!.
Description
Billy is a teenager living in Rockwell with his girlfriend.
During the cutscene that plays during the start of Teenage Zombies From Outer Space, Billy can be seen talking to his girlfriend about how boring Rockwell is. A few seconds later, a Majestic agent approaches him and gives him a manuscript about protecting America from the "communists" invading (actually Crypto).
Billy is later seen with his girlfriend in the ending cutscene of the game, convincing an old man to get into the Testing Machine, as if the testing is "good enough for the President, it's good enough for us.".

- Billy shares his model with Suburban Males. His girlfriend shares her model with Rural Females.
- Despite wearing a blue varsity jacket in-game, Billy wears a red "M"-emblazed varsity jacket with a tie in the final cutscene of the game. His hair colour is also lighter in comparison.
- This is addressed in the remake where his model is closer to the final cutscene than the original game.
- Billy's girlfriend has the same voice as the hippie chicks in Destroy All Humans! 2.
- In the remake, failing Teenage Zombies From Outer Space has a newspaper pop up detailing Billy finding the mind-control tape.
